Please read this entirely and carefully before contacting me with any questions.
I have the right to refuse any project.
The final deliverables include a rigged and ready-to-use Live2D model (and a PNG of the full model if art+rig). The Live2D work file will not be given or sold to the client.
Credits to my twitter must be clearly written in an easy to see place ex. your SNS bio and your channel
I must be notified of any planned dates or deadlines before the commission process starts.
All Live2D models are commercial-use. Business use (company or talent agency) or a project that requires the L2D work file handoff will incur additional costs, starting at 1.5x the base price.
Clients or any other parties are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art/rig for AI or NFT related purposes.
The client is not allowed to resell the model or redistribute the files without my written permission. Please contact me if you wish to do so.
I have the right to stream or post WIPs unless discussed at the start of the project.
Prices of my commissions are subject to change at any time.

art requirements & process

A clear, completed, front-facing design must be provided at minimum.
If character design is required, a clear idea & references must be provided.
Up to 5 revisions will be offered during the design phase. any additional revisions to the design after the model art is started will incur a fee.
Any revisions during the model art sketch phase are free.
Minor revisions can be requested when the model art is in progress. any revisions deemed as major will incur a fee.
Any revisions to the model art during the rigging phase will incur a fee.
Turnaround time: Please expect between 1-3 weeks for the model art. This does not include the character design phase, extra hair, or extra outfits.

rig requirements & process

I will not rig a previously rigged model without the permissions of both the model artist and the previous L2D rigger.
Provided PSD models must be ready to rig.
Please provide timely feedback and PSD revisions to keep the project on schedule.
Up to 3 revisions are offered during the rigging process.
For 1 week after the final model has been sent, minor revisions will be offered. Major revisions, or revisions after the 1 week period, will incur a fee.
Turnaround time: Please expect between 2-5 weeks for the rigging. This does not include extra time required for high complexity, extra hair, or extra outfits.

payment

I do not offer refunds once I have started your commission. I will only accept payment when I am ready to start on the project.
Payment can be split by phases (art, rigging), but must be paid upfront before I begin that phase of the project.
Rush orders will be an additional cost to be discussed with the client.
Accepted payment method is currently PayPal only.
Prices do not include PayPal fees.

Commission application taken via Google Forms.
Once I have accepted the application, I will reach out & confirm the final quote with the client
Invoice sent via PayPal, commission begins when invoice is paid
WIPs will be sent in video or image format, adjustments will be made according to any feedback
When the model is complete, I will send a .zip file with the model folder for Vtube Studio
Tracking assistance will be provided if needed
If any small adjustments are requested after the client tries out the model, I will send a revised version of the model.
The client will be notified of any delays on my end, and I expect the client to notify me of any delays or other events that would delay communication from their end.
